1. Services Provided

GlassGuysNH offers residential and commercial services including:

• Exterior and interior window cleaning

• Gutter clearing and cleaning

• Pressure washing for decks, walkways, fences (not full house siding)

• Solar panel cleaning

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are based on information provided by the customer and are subject to change following an in-person inspection. We apply a minimum charge for each service type.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept:

• Cash

• Check

• QuickBooks invoicing service

• Venmo

4. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations will result in a fee.

5. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage to windows, frames, seals, siding, or surfaces

• Water intrusion due to compromised window or structure integrity

We exercise care in all jobs but cannot guarantee results if materials are already deteriorating or delicate.

6. Photos & Marketing

We may take photos of completed work for marketing purposes (e.g., before and after shots). We will never include names, addresses, or identifying info without your permission.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse any service request for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, customer conduct, or access issues.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
