Welcome to GlassGuysNH. By booking services with us, you agree to the terms outlined below

1. Services Provided

GlassGuysNH provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including:

Interior and exterior window cleaning
Gutter clearing and cleaning
Pressure and soft washing for driveways, decks, walkways, fences, and select siding surfaces
Solar panel cleaning

Service scope will be confirmed prior to the start of work.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may be adjusted after on-site evaluation if conditions differ from those described.

Minimum service charges apply. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept:

Cash
Check
QuickBooks/Jobber invoice payments
Venmo

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations & Access

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the areas being serviced.

5. Liability Disclaimer

GlassGuysNH is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage to windows, frames, seals, siding, roofing, gutters, or other surfaces

Water intrusion due to deteriorated caulking, seals, or structural issues

Damage resulting from previously weakened, brittle, or improperly installed materials

We use professional care and appropriate techniques for each surface, but results may vary depending on age and condition.

6. Photos & Marketing

We may take photos of completed work for marketing purposes, including before-and-after images. No names, addresses, or identifying details will be shared without permission.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe conditions, access issues, or inappropriate customer conduct.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
